予約規約

ご宿泊するにあたり以下の規約に同意して頂きます。

仮予約、本予約手続きについて

ネット予約時に仮予約、宿泊料金をクレジットカード決済して本予約となります。
※カード決済は宿泊予定日の３０日前から可能となり、宿泊予定日１０日前に予約した方は１０日前までに宿泊料金を決済しないと、自動的に予約がキャンセルされます。宿泊予定日９日以内に予約した方は、速やかに決済を行ってください。

七合目トモエ館を予約し、本八合目トモエ館まで来てしまった場合

七合目トモエ館に予約し、本八合目トモエ館まで来てしまった場合、本八合目トモエ館に宿泊できない場合があります。本八合目トモエ館に宿泊できる場合、本八合目トモエ館に定められた料金を支払って頂きます。

キャンセル料

お客様のご都合によりキャンセルされた場合、以下のキャンセル料が発生いたします。
台風で道路が通行止めになった場合等は、人数変更に伴い変更したい個室タイプが空いていない場合、キャンセル料は発生いたしません。
ネットでの予約キャンセルは、宿泊予定日の２日前（前々日）の２４時までとなります。当日と前日のキャンセルは、予約した小屋へ直接お電話（電話番号はメールに記載）してください。
なお、当日に人数が減った場合は、当日キャンセル扱いとなり１００％キャンセル料が掛かります。例：3名個室を予約したが、当日1名減って2名になった場合、3名分の料金をお支払いして頂きます。

当サイトのクレジットカード決済は与信決済（与信枠の確保）であり、お客様のご宿泊後に本決済手続きをいたします。よって、キャンセル料が発生しない場合、本決済手続きはいたしませんので、口座から引き落としされることはありません。
クレジットカード決済していない方のキャンセル料のお支払い方法は、別途、お振込先をご連絡いたしますので、そちらへお振込をお願い申し上げます。

宿泊料金のお支払い方法

宿泊料金のお支払い方法は、事前のクレジットカード決済のみとなります。

食事について

全プラン、１泊２食付のみのご対応となりますこと、ご了承をお願い申し上げます。

子供料金（未就学児）

未就学児は、食事料金を除く宿泊料が大人料金の半額となります。小学生から大人料金となります。

宿泊エリア

ご宿泊スペースは、到着した方から順次ご案内いたしますので、宿泊エリアのご指定はできません。

炊事

館内外での炊事は、禁止となります。

Reservation terms

In order for you to stay with us, we need your agreement on the following terms and conditions.

About provisional reservation and complete reservation procedures

When making a reservation online, you can make a provisional reservation and complete reservation by paying the accommodation fee by credit card.
*Credit card payments can be made 30 days before your scheduled stay, and if the payment procedure is not completed 10 days before your scheduled stay, your reservation will be automatically canceled. If you have made a reservation within 9 days of your scheduled stay, please complete the payment procedures immediately.

If you make a reservation at the 7th Stn. Tomoekan and come to the Original 8th Stn. Tomoekan

If you make a reservation at the 7th Stn. Tomoekan and come to the Original 8th Stn. Tomoekan, you may not be able to stay at the Original 8th Stn. Tomoekan. If you can stay at the Original 8th Stn. Tomoekan, you will be required to pay the fee for the Original 8th Stn. Tomoekan.

Cancellation fee

If cancellation is the guests’ fault, the following cancellation fee will be charged.
A cancellation fee will not be charged for changing the reservation date, changing the number of people, and in cases, for example, when the road is closed due to a typhoon.
Online reservations can be canceled until 24:00 two days before the scheduled stay. For cancellations on the day or the day before, please call the hut you reserved directly (the phone number will be included in the email).
If the number of participants decreases on the day of the event, it will be treated as a cancellation on the same day and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Example: If you have booked a private room for 3 people, but there is one less person on the day, resulting in 2 people, you will be required to pay the price for 3 people.

Payment method

Accommodation fees can only be paid in advance by credit card.

About meals

Please note that all plans are only available with one night and two meals.

Accommodation fee for children (under 6 years old)

For children under 6 years old, the accommodation fee is half price of the adult rate. Adult accommodation fees apply to anybody who is older than 6 years old.

Sleeping areas

We will assign your room upon your arrival, therefore you can not choose your room.

Cooking is prohibited

Cooking inside or outside the building is prohibited.
