ネット予約された方の予約内容確認・カード決済（本予約）・キャンセルを行うページ

※カード決済は、宿泊予定日の３０日前から支払い可能となり、宿泊予定日より１０日前に予約した方は１０日前までに宿泊料金を決済しないと、自動的に予約がキャンセルされます。宿泊予定日９日以内に予約した方は、速やかに決済を行ってください。

留意事項

• 予約メールに記載された予約ＩＤと登録したメールアドレスが必要となります。
• 予約取消を行った場合、全ての予約がキャンセル対象となりますので、複数予約した方はご注意ください。
• 人数の変更および日程の変更は、予約をキャンセルした後に改めて予約する必要があります。人数変更に伴い変更したい個室タイプが空いていない場合は、キャンセル料は発生いたしません。
• 当日に人数が減った場合、当日キャンセル扱いとなり１００％キャンセル料が掛かります。
• ネットでの予約キャンセルは、宿泊予定日の２日前（前々日）の24:00までとなります。当日と前日のキャンセルは、予約した小屋へ直接お電話（電話番号はメールに記載）してください。
• 宿泊予定日の３０日前～２日前の期間のみ、申込者連絡先表の下に「お支払い」ボタンが表示されますので、カード決済を行う方はボタンをクリックしてください。
• こちらの予約確認ページからクレジットカード決済を行えます。決済手続きはこちらで確認してください。　

Points to be noted

You can confirm your reservation, change the number of people or cancel the reservation from this page.

• The reservation ID listed in the reservation completion email and the registered e-mail address are required.
• If you cancel your reservation, all your reservations will be subject to cancellation, so please be careful if you have made multiple reservations.
• If you would like to change the reservation date, you need to cancel your reservation and do it over.
• If the number of people decreases on the day, it will be treated as a cancellation on the day and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
• Change / cancellation of the reservation has to be made by 12:00 a.m. two days before the actual day of the reservation. It is not possible to increase the number of guests for a reservation when rooms are fully reserved.
• Only from 30 days to 2 days before the scheduled date of accommodation, a “Pay” button will be displayed below the applicant contact information table. If you wish to pay by card, please click the button.
